To keep everything under control.
With this service we help the Occupational Health and Safety services to comply with the European Directive 2006/25/CE which in Article 4 imposes the obligation to schedule and carry out evaluations of laser installations with the appropriate periodicity in accordance with the requirements of the standards of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).
It shall be monitored on a regular basis deemed appropriate and in accordance with the requirements of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards for laser radiation. The most common periodicity is one year except in cases where for some reason the technical safety conditions of the machine or manufacturing cell can be degraded faster.
We have developed a web portal where the technical records of each of the jobs and the documentation of inspections and / or audits will be kept so that the client will always have the updated and accessible information.
This service is intended to be an all-in-one continuous over time, so in addition to periodic inspections includes the necessary assistance for the resolution of incidents or the advice you would need in the maintenance of the safety against laser radiation of the facilities. A specialized technician at ProCareLight will be the customer's point of contact for inquiries or any incident.
ProCareLight's role in the customer safety system will be that of the Laser Safety Specialist also cited in IEC/TR60825-14 of the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) in section 3.2 and which defines CENELEC's PD CLC/TR50448 report. The role of the Laser Safety Specialist, as defined in these documents, is to advise the company on the establishment of laser safety policies and their implementation. In most cases it is advantageous that this figure is external to the company, so that the job is done in a more specialized way and at a lower cost than if carried out internally.
