Awareness about safety against laser and intense light
It is a training session that ensures adequate competence to the objective that the personnel that have to be in contact with the laser systems have the minimum knowledge necessary to protect others and oneself from the risks of accidental exposure to class lasers 3R, 3B and 4.
Operators, workers and users of laser systems of classes 3R, 3B or 4 or sources of intense light. Also people who work near those systems.
No specific prior knowledge is required.
Article 8 of the Spanish Royal Decree 486/2010 and technical report IEC-TR60825-14 (Chapter 3) from the International Electrotechnical Commission specify that all employees using laser and light emitting systems should receive laser safety and protection training.

The basic laser safety and protection training course covers the bBasic principles of light and lasers, risks to the skin and eyes and safe practices.

Certificate of attendance for students who have attended the full laser safety and protection training course
Courses in Virtual Classroom: Sessions from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Thanks to our remote, online training, we already provide service to people and entities in America who are aware of laser safety. We propose customized content for the legislation of countries such as Mexico, Argentina or Chile among other Ibero American countries. We can also adapt our training to your time zone (we are in Spain).
